Min 1 – 1 Back Squat
Min 2 – 2 Back Squat
Min 3 – 3 Back Squat…
Keep going until you don’t complete
the squats in the min.
You can rack the bar in the min to rest.
Once you’re finished rest 4 min then
5 x 250 M Row
Rest 2 min between
