200 Double Under
100 Pushup
200 Sit up
100 Goblet squat 53/35
Resting partner must hold a 53/35 KB
If the KB touches the ground each person must stop and do 10 burpees each before resuming work. Movements may be done in any order but you must finish all reps of each movement before moving on to next movement.
