8am- Weightlifting (no CrossFit)
9am- CrossFit

We are also changing the women’s class for the summer
Tuesday – 10am
Thursday- 10am

40 Russian KB Swings 53/35

Rest 3 minutes

800m Run
100 Double Unders
Score total time Including rest
