We have a few schedule changes to announce. Starting this week the Saturday schedule will be
8am- Weightlifting (no CrossFit)
9am- CrossFit
We are also changing the women’s class for the summer
Tuesday – 10am
Thursday- 10am
EMOM for 20 MInutes of:
Odd: 1,2,3,4,5* Deadlift 315/225
Even: 10 burpee box over 24/20
*The 1,2,3,4,5 Deadlifts mean ascending reps through the first 5 rounds, then back down to 1, then 2, then 3, etc., to finish.
