Weightlifting at 8am crossfit at 9am

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
Partner A runs 400m while Partner B does
20 DB hang power clean and jerk 50/35(10 right 10 left anyway)
20 DB step up 50/35(1) on 24/20 box
When partner A returns from run they will pick up where partner B left off and partner b will go run
Score rounds + reps
