Even – 2,4,6,8,10* Deadlifts 205/145
*The 2,4,6,8,10 Deadlifts mean ascending reps through the first 5 rounds, then back down to 2, then 4, then 6, etc., to finish. So minute 2 you will do 2 deadlifts. Minute 4 you do 4 and so on.
