The Crossfit Games upon us!!
For the next 6 weeks CrossFit Utah Valley will be doing one of the CrossFit Games workouts every Friday.
What will the work out be?
Either way, Thursdays workouts are adjusting to accommodate the unknown.
3 x 200 m Sprint | Rest 2 min between each run
2 x 400 m Sprint | Rest 2 min between each run
1 x 800 m Run
