We are doing something a little different for the month of January…there will be no Rx! Instead of focusing so much on going Rx, we want you all focusing on quality of movement and doing a weight that is appropriate for you whether it is Rx or not. Instead of weights next to movements you will see light, medium, or heavy. This means you need to pick a weight for you that is either light, medium, or heavy. Don’t worry about what the person next to you is doing, just pick the right weight for you. The trainers can help you select the correct weight if you are unsure. Enjoy!
