Crossfit has so many movements and skills that it is hard to become proficient at everything just by coming to the normal classes. If you are an athlete looking to improve or a person just wanting to understand the difference from one skill to the next, the specialty class is for you.
Specialty classes will be provided as the opportunity arrises at the gym. Specialty classes will be announced a couple of weeks in advance. Classes will strip you of your bad habits and change the way you look at the movement or skill and will also make you perform it better.
Examples of some of the classes offered; basic Olympic lifting, crossfit gymnastics, back to the basics of movement, etc.
