Group Class

 

Our group classes give you the benefit of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.   Each class starts out with an organized warm up which includes specific mobility work and stretching that pertains to the workout of the day.  Next we will review the movements and form standards that are in the workout.

Once everyone is ready to go, the real fun and hard work begins.  Most of our group class workouts are timed, this helps you to really push your intensity during the workout.  At the beginning of the workout you will hear the trainer countdown 3…2…1…GO!  Once you hear go, the clock has started and the race is on for you to finish the workout as quickly as you can all while maintaining proper form on all the movements.  You can expect to hear encouragement from the trainer throughout the workout as well as any form corrections that are necessary.

Working out with a group will push you harder than you have ever worked out on your own.  The camaraderie that you feel with the people you work out with when it’s all over is very unique.  You feel as though you have accomplished something  and only those who have also done the same workout can truly understand.
