Paleo Potluck

Paleo Potluck Friday November 18 at 7pm

A couple months ago we were fortunate enough to have Dallas and Melissa from Whole9 come down an give us a mini nutrition seminar.  We launched a 2 month challenge for those who were willing to accept.  The first 30 days we strongly encouraged people to go whole30, which means absolutely no slips or cheats for 30 days.  Then we encouraged everyone to take the next 30 days and figure out how to make this paleo or whole30 concept a way of life and not just something you got real serious about for 30 days and then just tossed it out the window.

Our Nutrition Matters challenge is finished with and we are celebrating by have a Paleo Potluck, where you can bring some of your favorite meals that you have learned to make along the way.  If you are still very new to the paleo concept or aren’t really sure what it is, you should definitely come and get some great recipe ideas and taste some amazing food.  If you want to come but are afraid you’ll bring something that isn’t paleo, don’t worry.  Play it safe and bring some fruit or veggies, or a good old standby is a rotisserie chicken!

This is also a great time to invite family or friends!  We spend so much time sweating, running, burpeying, and barbell lifting together, it’s time to spend a different kind of quality time together!

If your dish gets the most votes you could walk away with a 1 hour massage from Trisha, Paleo Comfort Foods cookbook, or Everyday Paleo cookbook.

We wish we could come to your potluck, but we’re traveling right now. Congrats to all who finished the challenge – let us know about your results, please! We love hearing success stories.

Best,
Melissa & Dallas
