CFUV On Ramp*This class is required for all new members
Our On Ramp class meets 3 days a week for 3 weeks. It is designed for the individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group classes. In this class we will expose newbies to our movement curriculum in a group format. Movement techniques will be drilled and we will progressively introduce the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. If you are unsure as to whether you are a good candidate for beginning in a class setting, please contact us. We offer our On Ramp class each month and it starts as close to the 1st as possible. Our On Ramp class has limited enrollment, reserve your spot today!

On Ramp schedule:
On Ramp: $150
*This price includes; 3 weeks in On Ramp, access to Saturdays as well as yoga & mobility, nutrition guide, bodyfat testing, and the remainder of the month in our CrossFit group class!
Post On Ramp:
$100/month-This is a special discounted rate for students, police, fire, and military
$60/month-This is a special rate for adding your spouse or child**some restrictions apply
