Ready for a local competition? Then sign up for Fitness Elevated 3 December 9-10. Fitness Elevated is a great time to put what you’ve got to the test and see how you stack up against the CrossFitters of Utah and other surrounding areas. We already have a few people signed up and want to have a good CFUV representation.

Not sure if you can Rx the wods? Well here is what you need to be able to do:
- Clean and Jerk 155/95
- 3-5 Kipping pull ups in a row
- 1 Rope climb
- Climb over a 4ft wall
- Double unders
- OHS something
- Flip a tire
- Kb swing 53/35
- Run















This is gonna be a good time. If you are thinking about doing it,just do it. You will not regret it.
