  • the three pulls
  • squatting for olympic lifts
  • proper starting position
  • the bounce
  • breathing
  • getting tight
  • how to dump/ditch
  • drills and progressions for snatch, as well as clean and jerk (including split jerk)
  • proper receiving positions
