CrossFit UV encompasses the 10 general physical skills into our workouts which are:
Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and AccuracyWe incorporate a variety of the above skills into our daily workouts, making each workout unique and fun!
Take the guesswork out of your gym routine. We provide quality coaching, nutritional guidance, and will give you the tools you need to achieve the results you want. We also have a kids room and a kids program available.
Our group classes give you the benefit of working with a personal trainer everyday at a fraction of the cost. Each class starts with an organized dynamic warm up, as well as coaching throughout the workout. Working out with a group will push you harder than ever before. We focus on positive encouragement and form corrections during our workouts-not yelling and screaming in your face.
At CrossFit UV we are about more than just CrossFit. We offer a variety of specialty classes throughout the week which include; specialized lifting, yoga, mobility, and we regularly hold clinics to help you fine tune your skills.
