Welcome to CrossFit Utah Valley. We believe that everyone can benefit from CrossFit no matter their age or current physical abilities. We provide workouts that encompass the 10 General Skills of Fitness which are; Cardiovascular, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Every day the workout is a little different, you won’t get bored and will actually look forward to coming to the gym!
The community aspect of CrossFit is its greatest strength. We bond during our workouts. This atmosphere will push you harder than you ever thought possible. We sweat together, get stronger together, and encourage each other every step of the way.
While we believe that everyone can benefit from CrossFit, we also understand that there are different needs for different individuals, that’s why we offer a variety of programs. We have classes for beginners, ladies, kids, teens, classic CrossFit, CrossFit as a sport, Olympic lifting classes, specialty clinics, and even personalized training/programming. Whatever your goal, we can get you there! Whether you are a looking to lose weight (a little or a lot) and get in great shape or someone looking to make CrossFit their sport and compete locally, qualify for Regionals, or beyond. We have a program for you!
